About the Guidance Office
The Guidance Office at Immaculate Conception College of Balayan Inc. is a compassionate ministry rooted in the charism of the Augustinian Recollect Sisters. We go beyond academics, embracing the whole student: mind, heart, and spirit.
Through individual counselling, group sessions, career guidance, crisis support, spiritual direction and peer mentoring, we create a safe space where students can openly share their joys, struggles, questions and dreams. Our approach is faith-centred yet inclusive, helping every learner discover their God-given potential, build resilience, develop healthy relationships, make wise decisions, and grow into compassionate, responsible leaders.
We believe no student should walk alone. Guidance here is personal, confidential, and always rooted in love and care.

Students can request guidance, share concerns safely, access helpful resources and stay connected with counsellors, all while preserving the warm, personal touch that defines ICCBI.
